IRCC held eleventh Express Entry draw of 2023
Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) held 2023’s eleventh Express Entry draw. It issued 3,500 invitations to apply (ITAs) to candidates with a Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of at least 483.
It was an all-program draw where candidates were considered from the Federal Skilled Trades Program (FSTP), the Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP), and the Canadian Experience Class (CEC).

Milestones of March’s Express Entry
In the month of March, there were more than 21,000 ITAs issued by IRCC. This was the second-highest number of ITAs issued in a single month in the entire history of Express Entry. A total of four Express Entry draws were held in the month.
