Highlights: Quebec Arrima Draw invitations were sent to 1017 candidates

- Candidates must have a score equal to or greater than 589 points.
- Invitations were also sent to the people with a valid job offer outside the Communauté métropolitaine de Montréal.
- The decision for invitations are made based on the invitation criteria being public under section 45 of the Québec Immigration Act.

Invitation to apply for a permanent selection
After one files their expression of interest on Arrima, it is kept in the Expression of Interest bank. From here, the profiles of people that correspond to the needs of Québec and have a potential for integration are being invited to apply for permanent selection.
Invitation criteria and their score
Below are the criteria that need to be followed to get an invitation:
Human Capital Criteria
- Proficient in French
- Knowledge in French and English
- Age of the applicant
- Years of work experience
- Educational qualification
Labour market in Québec and government Criteria:
- Workforce diagnosis
- Diploma from Québec
- Professional experience in Québec
- Field of training
- Professional experience in Canada
- Valid job experience
Spouse or De Facto Spouse Criteria:
- One must know French
- Educational qualification
- Diploma from Québec
Other Criteria:
- Destination region in Québec;
- Practicing profession

The decision for invitations is based on the public invitation criteria under section 45 of the Québec Immigration Act. And the invitations are made by the Minister of Immigration, Francization, and Integration.
