Highlights of BC PNP draw held on October 12, 2022
- British Columbia sent invitations to 374 skilled workers through its PNP on October 12, 2022, to apply for Canada PR
- 320 invitations targeted to Tech professionals and others for various categories like Skilled Workers, International graduates, and Entry level & Semi-skilled
- Other 74 invitations were sent by BC PNP to target Healthcare, Childcare, and other occupations that had a CRS score of 60
- This is the second draw in October under the Skilled Immigration stream

On October 12, 2022, British Columbia PNP issued 374 invitations to the skilled ones by targeting Tech professionals, Healthcare, Childcare, and other occupations.

How to receive an ITA?
Invitations or the ITAs are sent by IRCC to the persons who have active Express Entry profiles during the time of draw.
To receive the invitation from BC PNP or any other provincial immigration program, you should be first eligible to Express Entry. And your profile must be active in the Express Entry pool.
The province checks and applies the skill immigration categories that are suitable to the profile provided the province must have dire need of the occupation.
Apart from the above-mentioned details, to receive the invite from PNP, the applicant must meet one or more of the following factors.
- Language skills
- Education (Level and field of education that is completed)
- Occupation
- Length and the skill level of the work experience
- Intent to live, settle or work in that particular region or province
- Salary or the job offer which is skill level
