- Implement necessary feasibility assessments for developing the new oil & gas fields.
- Monitoring and directing the gas & oil operations.
- Improve and develop the frilling programs, and selection of sites, and specify the drilling fluids, testing procedures, and the equipment of the drill system.
- Monitor and direct the full-fledged evaluation of wells/bore wells, testing of wells, and well surveys.
- Develop necessary instructions, and supervise the well modification and required stimulation programs to increase the oil & gas recovery.
- Examine the reservoir rock and the fluid data to plan recovery methods and forecast the reservoir performance of the stocks (reserves).
- Observe and predict the performance of the oil & gas reservoir and suggest the techniques used for oil recovery which can extend the life of wells economically.
- Design, develop and coordinate the installation, maintenance, and operation of subsea well-head and production equipment.
- The petroleum engineers must be mastered in drilling, production of oil & gas, and analysing the reservoir or the subsea operations.
