My process consultant was Annapoorna, she had processed initial information and assisted with the initial process. The followup was prompt and the informational update was frequent. This made me feel I was in the right hands. There may be shortcomings, in terms of taking that extra-mile to assist a successful file. Too early for me to comment because I am still awaiting for the draw. Other than that I would recommend Y-Axis for your immigration related services, considering that you have done a deep- dive of the expectations you have versus that is offered. Cheers!!
