(5) arranged employment (max 10 points), and
(6) adaptability (max 10 points).

Factors assessed – age, English language skills, skilled work experience (in Australia and overseas), educational qualifications, specialist education qualification, Australian study requirement, professional year in Australia, credentialled community language, study in regional Australia, and partner skills.
Skills Assessment – by a relevant assessing authority (such as, VETASSESS, MedBA, TRA etc.) – might be required.
Do keep in mind that the Department of Home Affairs of the Australian government will assess the points criteria at the time of the SkillSelect invitation.

What if I don’t score the required points for Express Entry or SkillSelect?

 You can’t create Express Entry profile if you don’t secure 67 points.

You can create SkillSelect profile even if you don’t get 65 points.
However, you will not be eligible for a SkillSelect invitation to apply if you score less than 65 points.
