• Recruit and provide training or else arrange classes for sales staff and check & monitor and provide performance report.
• Make sure the standards of visualization and image of the store are intact. Especially the signage, displays, and cleanliness
• Perform similarly the assigned duties as workers get supervised.
• Might have to perform managerial duties and key holdings when required like opening the store and closing it, supervising escalated complaints, signing for deliveries, and developing and implementing necessary marketing strategies.
