Once the visa’s validity limit to look for work expires, without the establishment of an employment bond or the initiation of the procedure to request the issuance of a residence permit, the visa holder should exit the country.
VISA EXTENSION
In such circumstances, you will be able to only re-apply for a new visa application one year after the expiry of the earlier visa’s validity.
When the holders of job seeker visas send requests to extend their visas, they should also send along with them evidence of registration with the IEFP, I.P., and an applicant’s declaration stating that the planned stay conditions are maintained, which will be evaluated taking into account the reasons that justified its granting.
