Well, its gonna be a long story as it was a dream for my wife and me... I was in Melbourne on an official trip and the moment i landed in that city i fell in love with it and that was when my wife and me decided to apply for a PR in Australia. I saw an Y Axis office in the Elizabeth street and one day i walked into and met Vasanth. Honestly he was so nice and comforting and he listened and answered all my queries in ziffyy.. I decided to go for a MARA process and thats when i met Hami in Melbourne.. An honest, thorough and experienced gentleman and the moment i spoke to him i was confident that he would be the person who is gonna hold my hand and make me cross this difficult journey of the entire application process.
Finally, i got to know Saumik. Aka Saumik Kumar Mitra... I just do not have any words or adjectives to describe him.. Honest and very hardworking.. Truthfull.. Does not make false promises.. I do not know the n number of calls i used to make and still he would receive all my calls and answer with full energy and politeness... I have never seen such an dedicated person even in my work life ever.. On certain occasion i have called him 3-4 times a day and every time he used to explain me the process, listen to my queries and the best was he used to give me a lot of confidence.. I felt as if i was talking to my brother... He was always by my side during the entire process.. I will never forget the effort he has put in my case... I still have not got my VISA but its in it final stage.. Keeping my fingers crossed and irrespective of the outcome, i want to pray and wish Saumik, Hami and Vasanth all the good wishes in all there future endeavours.. Godspeed..
