Details of the Ontario draw
On September 27, 2022, Ontario issued 2 invitations to the immigration candidates under the Foreign Worker Stream, through the Ontario Immigration Nominee Program (OINP).
Ontario PNP program uses the Expression of Interest (EOI) system, where the candidates are expected to meet certain criteria based on the Foreign Worker immigration stream in order to be selected.
In the OINP draw, the candidates with all the required experience and skills are nominated by the province. Further, they can apply for permanent residence in Canada through Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).
