Ontario PNP ranks EOI profiles based on various human capital factors that help Ontario select immigrants with the most potential of thriving within the province.
The OINP scoring system varies from stream to stream. Factors assessed to come up with the EOI score include – education, skill level, work experience, wage, official language ability, and the region of work or study.
The OINP might allocate another 10 points, at its discretion, for the potential of a candidate to respond to labor market needs.
