Quebec invites health workers, educators in new Arrima draw

Quebec in Canada has held another round of invitations, the second to be held by the province in September 2021.

On September 30, 2021, Quebec’s Ministère de l’Immigration, de la Francisation et de l’Intégration [MIFI] invited a total of 536 individuals to submit their application for permanent selection through the province.

Quebec is the only Canadian province that is not a part of the Provincial Nominee Program [PNP]. With a comparatively greater autonomy over the selection of newcomers, Quebec runs its own immigration programs.

Provincial draws by Quebec are also referred to as Arrima draws as they are held through the Arrima Portal.

3 different categories of individuals received invitations in the second Arrima draw to be held in September.
