The SINP offers a Canadian immigration pathway. Through the SINP, Saskatchewan –
- Nominates candidates to the federal government for Canada PR, and
- Invites residency applications from non-Canadians that intend to settle in Saskatchewan.
All nominated candidates will be identified as SINP nominees. Such individuals can then proceed to submitting their permanent residency application through Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada [IRCC].
With the latest draw, a total of 6,965 candidates have been invited by Saskatchewan PNP altogether in the 18 SINP draws held so far in 2021. |
About Saskatchewan
Saskatchewan, a province in Canada, is among the three Prairie Provinces (along with Alberta and Manitoba) and the four Western Provinces (along with Alberta, British Columbia, and Manitoba).
Abundant natural resources, a diverse economy, great quality of life, and comparatively lower costs of living make Saskatchewan ideal to live and work as a Canadian permanent resident.
Saskatchewan continues to attract newcomers from all over the world to its many communities. The prominent cities of Regina and Saskatoon get the greatest number of immigrants in the province.
In 2019, newcomers comprised 2.35% of the total population of Regina. Saskatoon, on the other hand, had 1.77% of the population made up of newcomers.
