Saskatchewan shares good news for healthcare workers…
Saskatchewan, popularly known as the 'Land of the Living Skies' has launched a new International Healthcare Worker EOI Pool, which aims to provide job opportunities in the Healthcare system.
Purpose of the International Healthcare Worker EOI pool
The purpose of this pool is to connect healthcare workers across the world by providing job opportunities in Saskatchewan.
The International Healthcare Worker EOI pool will be under the Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP).
Submission process
This has a unique system in which the candidate needs to submit an online pre-application form that allows candidates to indicate that they are interested in working in a selected health care occupation in Saskatchewan.
Then the Heartland Province will start reviewing your qualifications and skills and matches them with the employers looking for a similar skill set. Later the province will contact the candidate by providing information on how to apply for a job opportunity.
If the candidate receives a job offer, then you will be eligible for the SINP’s International Skilled Worker: Employment Offer or the Hard-to-Fill Skills Pilot.
Then the candidate can create the EOI profile based on the guidance provided on the SINP website. But the applicant needs to have a professional background that falls under one of the following National Occupational Classification (NOC) codes.
