Why PMSOL?
To restore the financial crisis in Australia, PMSOL was launched by the Australian authorities. It is a list of expert occupations, which are highly in demand to fill the crucial expertise positions.

Visa applications required for the PMSOL
Given are the priority processing under the following visa subclasses:
- TSS visa: Temporary Skill Shortage visa
- Skilled Employer-Sponsored Regional (Provisional) visa
- ENS visa: Employer Nomination Scheme visa
- RSMS visa: Regional Sponsored Migration Scheme visa
If the migrant is granted any of the above visas, they will be given an exemption to travel to Australia. The exemption can be applied by migrant or by the employer.
Remember that the mandatory 14-day quarantine period will apply even the migrants are exempted, and the expenses will be at the traveler or sponsor’s expense.
List jobs are included under PMSOL
The PMSOL was announced in September 2020, and later it was subjected to many changes by the Australian government based on the skill demands.
Finally, on June 27, 2021, Alex Hawke (the Minister for Immigration, Citizenship, Migrant Services, and Multicultural Affairs) has released the final list of PMSOL having 44 occupations. This also includes Hospital pharmacists, Industrial pharmacists, and Retail Pharmacists.
