TechTAS offers a fast-track pathway for eligible companies in Hong Kong to bring in non-local tech talent for taking up research and development (R&D) work for them in Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR).
Eligible companies will have to first apply for a quota to the Innovation and Technology Commission (ITC).
