The United Arab Emirates, in the last week of December, announced new visa categories for tourists and services and revised fee for other visas. It will start accepting the applications under new categories starting 5th January, 2015, through its application centres and through B2B module.

- Short Term Visit Single Entry - Service
Both these visas are non-extendable and are valid for a period of 60 days from the date of issue. The first category i.e. for tourists is valid for a stay of 30 days, whereas, the other i.e. for service is valid for a stay of 14 days.

Visa fee for 96 Hrs Visa and Express 96 Hrs remain unchanged. This short visa serves the purpose of tourists visiting UAE for a short-period of 4 days to attend business events, meetings, seminars, etc.
