MBA in University of Victoria
The UVic MBA study programs at the Gill Graduate School offer flexible timings to pursue your degree. The programs can be studied in either Daytime or Weekend schedules.
The Daytime program is a full-time MBA course that can be completed in 17 months. The MBA program offers a term for elective specialization subjects and a term for co-op discipline.
In the term of specialization, the students have the choice of either studying at an international partner institution in over 12 different nations or going for one of the two specializations offered at Gustavson. The non-exchange student gets to participate in the IIME or international integrated management exercise. During this time, the students can travel to Asia, Latin America, or Europe to experience operating business affairs in a foreign country.
In the Evening MBA program, almost the same curriculum is followed as the Daytime MBA program. The Evening MBA study program lasts for 24 months, with classes held on one weekend every month.

- Daytime MBA
The Daytime MBA in Sustainable Innovation introduces the students to the world of business and poses some questions that lead them to think and come up with solutions. It focuses on accountable leadership and innovation for the present times. The integrated format of the MBA program covers extensive management skills.
In the 16-month long program, the students get to collaborate with students from across the world and try to solve complex real-world problems in collaboration with each other. The course covers almost all the disciplines in the business spectrum.

The Weekend MBA study program in Sustainable Innovation is customized for the professionals who are working. The applicants bring with them invaluable experience with them. The schedule of the course offers flexibility while equipping you with the resources and training you would need to progress in your career.
You get to work with your classmates as a team, both virtually and in person. The classes are conducted on the campus residency on weekends. Those classes are conducted once a month, with online classes held in between.

The university traces its roots to Victoria College, the first post-secondary institution established in the province of British Columbia in 1903. It was reincorporated as the University of Victoria in 1963.
The school was formerly known as the UVic Faculty of Business. On October 22, 2010, it was renamed when Peter B. Gustavson gave 10 million CAD to the school as a donation.
On October 7, 2011, an amount of 5 million was donated to the Gustavson School by Sardul S. Gill. The graduate school was again renamed the Sardul S. Gill Graduate School under the Gustavson School of Business.
