ACCOMMODATION AT YALE SCHOOL OF MANAGEMENT
The campus of school is housed in the Edward P. Evans Hall, a modern building located on the northern side of the Campus of Yale University.
Constructed in 2014, the Edward P. Evans Hall is spread across an area of 240,000 square feet and contains 16 modern classrooms, 13 interview rooms, 22 breakout rooms, three library spaces, a dining area, a Terrace room, coffee shop, a lecture room housing an outdoor terrace, faculty offices, academic centers, an enclosed courtyard, and meeting spaces.
In the heart of the school are the courtyards. It provides an outdoor space to study and mingle and connects Evans Hall to other colleges and buildings on the Yale University campus. It was designed considering sustainability. Owing to that, requirements for maintenance and irrigation are low owing to native vegetation, and the heat island effect has also been cut down because of underground parking. Most of the materials and resources for the construction have been acquired from landfills.
ACCOMMODATION AT THE YALE SCHOOL OF MANAGEMENT
- The school provides accommodation through dormitories and apartments. This is, however, only for graduates and professional students of Yale.
- Housing is available in apartments and dormitories, such as Prospect Street, Harkness Hall, Divinity School, Mansfield, white hall, York-crown, Baker hall, Elm street, etc.
- In each of the halls, there are facilities for study spaces, kitchens, connecting spaces, and laundry, among others.
- The costs of these various halls vary and cost up to $10,000 per semester.
- The school also hosts a housing website where off-campus accommodation alternatives for all its students are listed. Here, information is provided on property rentals and on-sale houses through and close to the area in greater New Haven.
